Full Day: Up to 60 images. Includes daytime and dusk/twilight photography, as well as aerial photography. $2,000
Half Day: Up to 45 images. Includes daytime photography as well as aerial photography. $900
Base Rate: Up to 30 images Includes daytime photography. $500
Dusk/Twilight Add-on: Up to 10 dusk/twilight images. $300

Aerial Images: When booked independent of another photography package. $300
Add-on Aerial Images: When added onto a base rate package. $100
Real Estate Videography
Full Day: An up to 4 minute video as well as a 2 minute cut. $2,200
Day/twilight: An up to 2 minute video as well as a 60 second cut. $1,200
Day video: An up to 2 minute video as well as a 60 second cut. $1,000
Agent Tour/Lifestyle: Make your video an agent tour or add people starting at $300.
Cancelations
Same day cancellation, 50% of total project rate. Fee waived for poor weather conditions.
Rush Fees
*Please ask when booking the shoot if rush delivery is possible.
Photography: Next day delivery for $100. *Not available for full day shoots.
Videography: Next day delivery for $100.
Cost Sharing
An easy way to save yourself some money! Often times there are multiple parties interested in using the images from a shoot. This may include stagers, architects, builders, etc. A 20% fee is added for each party involved and then split equally among the parties.
For example:
An agent booking a day rate package at $2,000 wants to include a stager in cost sharing. A 20% fee of $400 is added (bringing the total to $2,400). This amount is then split between the two parties and the agent now only has to pay $1,200! The more parties involved the more the savings!
*Cost sharing must be agreed upon before the shoot day. Any parties wishing to purchase usage rights to images after the day of the shoot will pay full usage rates.

All photography, videography or any other content created by Ambient Light, LLC for the purposes of real estate is intended solely for the purchaser/agent who agrees upon and pays for these services.
All copyright remains solely the property of Ambient Light, LLC and may to be resold, redistributed or used by any other person or entity without express permission from Ambient Light, LLC. However, the agent purchasing content may use it for their own use for the purposes of selling the property or promoting their own business.
*Other parties involved in the home may not use images without permission or without a separate image license purchased from Ambient Light, LLC. This includes stagers, architects, brokerages, builders and any and all others associated with the project. Some images may be used on social media by other parties with permission and will require an easy to see, direct tag to Ambient Light Studios social media page or website.
We are not maids and do not clean homes. All homes must be photo ready upon arrival.
